What materials are PCB circuit boards mainly assembled from?

A white screen layer is applied on top of the solder mask layer. Screen printing adds letters, numbers and symbols to the PCB board for easy assembly and to indicate a better understanding of the board by humans. We often use screen labels to indicate the function of each pin or LED.

Application range of automotive LED lights

In automotive applications, LEDs are mainly used for external and internal lighting. External lighting equipment involves thermal limits and EMC issues, as well as many complex standards for unloading load testing

Control method of automobile LED light

A fundamental problem with LEDs is that LEDs are current-controlled devices with relatively low voltage drops. The easiest way is to use a resistor to limit the current of the LED, but this method is not suitable for systems with 12V or 24V battery ratings, as the actual voltage of the battery is from 6V to 18V or 12V to 36V. Therefore, constant current control is necessary if brightness needs to be maintained.

Key Features of Automotive LED Lights

The expected lifespan of LEDs is 50,000 hours, compared to 20,000 hours for tungsten halogen lamps and 3,000 hours for tungsten incandescent lamps. Compared to incandescent lamps, LEDs are structurally robust, not susceptible to vibration

Advantages of LED car lights

For cars, LED light sources (not limited to headlights) have the following 7 advantages

The difference between photodiode and phototransistor

The photodiode housing has a glass lens, which can be directly injected into the die through the lens. The die of the photodiode is a pn junction with photosensitive properties.
